PARTY JUNGLE: ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Membership Term and Payment
  • Term: This Household Membership is valid for one (1) full year beginning on the date of purchase.
  • Payment: The total membership fee of $365.50 plus applicable taxes is due in full at the time of sign-up.
  • Non-Refundable Policy: All membership payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to relocation, non-use, or facility maintenance.
2. Household Registration & Access
  • Eligibility: Membership covers a single household. All participating Parents/Guardians and Children must be legally registered on the account at the time of purchase.
  • Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable. Access is restricted to the specific individuals named during the initial registration process.
3. Hours of AccessMembership grants unlimited access to the park during Regular Business Hours only:
  • Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Note: Hours are subject to change based on seasonal updates or facility requirements.
4. ExclusionsThis membership is strictly for standard "Open Play" during the business hours listed above. It does not include:
  • Admission to Special Events or Holiday-themed ticketed events.
  • Access to or credit toward Private Parties.
  • Admission during hours not explicitly listed in Section 3.
5. Member Benefits
  • Active members are entitled to a 10% discount on all Party Jungle birthday and event packages. To redeem this discount, the party must be booked and paid for by the primary membership account holder.
6. Facility Rules and Liability
  • By completing this purchase, the primary account holder acknowledges that all members must follow Party Jungle safety protocols. All members must have a signed Waiver of Liability on file before entering the play area. Party Jungle reserves the right to revoke membership for unsafe behavior or violation of park policies without a refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
  • Procedure: To ensure the security of your household account, all membership cancellations must be performed in person at the Party Jungle front desk.
  • Alternative Method: In the event that a member cannot physically visit the park due to extenuating circumstances, they must call during regular business hours and speak directly with a Park Manager to verify the account and process the request.
  • Effect of Cancellation: As stated in Section 1, this membership is paid in full and is non-refundable. Cancellation of a membership prior to the expiration date will terminate park access, but will not result in a pro-rated refund or credit for the remaining time.
