Park Policies & Guest Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Supervision & Admission

• Supervision: Parents and guardians are required to supervise children at all times.
• Admission: Admission fees apply to all minors (ages 17 and under). To maintain capacity for our younger guests, we kindly ask that non-playing older siblings remain at home; otherwise, standard admission rates will apply.

Health & Safety

• Hygiene Standards: For your protection, we utilize Pure-Light™ technology. These specialized bulbs continuously sanitize the air and surfaces, and are clinically proven to eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses.
• Attire: Footwear must be worn throughout the facility. For safety and hygiene, socks are strictly required in the jungle gym area.
• Safety Conduct: For the safety of all guests, running is prohibited within the park. Please note that park rides are reserved for children; adults are not permitted to use the attractions.

Facility Operations

Food & Beverage: Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

• Closing Times:
  Café: 5:30 PM
  Ticket Redemption: 6:00 PM (Promptly)

Policy Enforcement

Policies are subject to change as operational needs evolve. Any guest found circumventing these rules or behaving in a disruptive manner will be escorted from the premises and may face a permanent ban.
